Nozzles are a indispensable element In the field of injection molding.
They are placed at the end of the plasticizing screw duct so that the material flows into the mold inlet channel.
They can have custom designs and be produced in different steels with different coatings.

In the nozzle body can be inserted a mixing element, available in various sizes. This solution is recommended to improve mixing and homogenization of the material while avoiding color streaking.
A filter, available in various sizes, is inserted inside the nozzle body. This filter is used to safeguard hot chambers and molds, particularly in those cases where recycled polymers often containing impurities are used.
